The Founder Note
Built underground, one carriage at a time
I started Iron Dungeon Realm in 2019 from a rented desk above a record shop on Poland Street. The pitch was simple: a dungeon that felt less like a menu and more like catching a night train — you never quite know who you will share the carriage with.
Six years on, our studio of eleven still ships every season by hand. No loot boxes, no pay-to-win. Just tight four-player raids, a soundtrack recorded in Denmark Street, and a community that treats the depths like a second home.
